The rising awareness of the harmful effects of the sun's rays, particularly in children, led us to incorporate a fabric, especially rated for its Ultra Violet Protection qualities, into a sun-protective swimming costume. We then produced the Floatsuit. This incorporated foam buoyancy into our sun-protective suits for children learning to swim. The Swimsafe Floatsuit is an Australian invention that has received high praise internationally.

The floatsuit meets the required Australian and international standards as well as being frequently tested by AWTA (Australian Wool Testing Association) for buoyancy compliance and ARPANSA (Australian Radiation Protection & Nuclear Safety Agency) for the UPF rating.
